After 5 mounts and 7 days after rhinoplasty(my operation was open), the swelling doesn't go and may nose is firm. Now, my nose is bigger than my first nose. Is it swelling or real size?

Rhinoplasty swelling.

It takes1 year for the swelling to go down. It is too soon to say anything about your nose for another 6 months.

Swelling 5 Months after Rhinoplasty

It is normal to have residual but temporary swelling 5 months after you rhinoplasty. This will continue to resolve for a year after surgery. The firmness you describe does indicate swelling is still present.
