Hello Doctors, I thank you very much for your helpful replies. In the mean time I went for the consultation to few Dermatologists/Plastic Surgeons and Cosmetologists in New Delhi/India. Now I have three options. First is Affirm Laser, but the Doctors is a Plastic Surgeon, Second is Palomar Laser and the treatment will be done by a Dermatologist. Then there is a third one where the doctor says it is Pro-Fraxel (with some ambiguity as he said that he will ask and tell later) . More over I visited one dermatologist and he wants to put me on Isotretinoin (Sotret or Accutane). Please help me which Laser will be best for my scars and after how much time do you think of the laser traetment can I go for Accutane treatment. Also Acne exists in the area where there are surgical scars. What I think is that let me try one session of laser treatment and if I see some improvement I will continue else I will stop and go for Accutane treatment. IS THIS A RIGHT DECISION or a BAD thought. Also I once thought that I first complete the cycle of Accutane then I will go for Laser, but then I have to wait around 1 1/2 years approx with the scars. I am 28 1/2 years old, Indian/Asian, wheatish coloured male. Can I go for Accutane and Laser parallelly, Is there really a risk of scarring, as I want laser just on the both sides of the nose where there are scars. I am also confused which laser CO2 or Erbium/YAG laser is better for my surgical scars. Please Comment on the few above Queries as I need your urgent help. Regards, Amit
