Can Rhinoplasty Results Be Affected if the Surgeon Removes Cast Harshly?

I had my external cast and sutures removed today after a week and the doctor didn't use anything to loosen the cast and struggled to remove the cast until he ripped it off. It was painful and I'm worried that this will affect the results. Is this possible?

Cast removed roughly

We are always very careful to use tape solvent to loosen a nasal cast. the reason is that pulling the skin away from the bony and cartilage structures could result in scar formation.
