Nostril asymmetry after rhinoplasty.

This is normal. It takes a minimum of 6 months to make any judgement about the symmetry of the nose and especially the nostrils.

Post-operative Nasal Swelling

Swelling after rhinoplasty is frequently asymmetrical - in fact, as swelling decreases, it is possible the opposite side may appear larger for a short time. Be patient - this will improve with normal healing over the next several months.
