Sorry that your posted photo are of poor quality very hard to tell if you do have a supra tip or polly beak deformity. If possible post better photos. But if you are unhappy than consider revision.

Pollybeak after rhinoplasty - nose job

It appears you have a pollybeak deformity after rhinoplasty. Although the majority of your swelling has likely resolved, you likely have some mild swelling remaining. You may consider steroid injection into the fullness in the area above the tip to try and decrease scar formation in this area. Otherwise, you may want to consider a revision at 1year postoperatively if this does not resolve.

Rhinoplasty for the bulbous tip.

It looks like you have a polybeak deformity which may need to be revised. Though the tip may still get smaller in 4 more months, if not see your surgeon or an experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon.

Nose swelling

It is hard to tell from the photos you submitted, but nasal swelling if you do have thick skin can take up to a year or longer to fully subside. Be patient and check back with your original surgeon in a few months if not improved. If you are not satisfied with the result at a year, and not satisfied with the surgeons answer, then consider a second opinion. Be careful, not to jump to quick to surgery, healing does take time.

Nasal tip swollen 8 months after Rhinoplasty

I say follow the instructions of your Rhinoplasty surgeon since the nasal tip can have residual swelling for up to 1 year.
