My nose is chubby, can Rhinoplasty help? I was told by a surgeon that it will not have a major effect because the problem is not the bone. Is there any other way?

Thick skin does not lend itself very well to rhinoplasty

The nose presented in this picture has very thick skin and will not lend itself very well to a rhinoplasty procedure. A rhinoplasty procedure is performed to sculpt cartilage and bone, it is not a skin operation.
