Rhinoplasty - Front View Image?

A lot of doctors show pictures of how you will look after surgery from a side view. Why most don't show how it will look from the front? Obviously when the side view changes, the front does as well

Rhinoplasty and photos

Some show the profile because that is often what bothers patients. I show all views in the office to patients.

Limits of computer imaging during rhinoplasty consultation

Computer imaging and morphing work extremely well for the profile or lateral view because the silhouette of the nose is set against a solid background. This facilitates morphing because changing the nasal profile does not visibly distort the solid background behind it. From the frontal view, it's more difficult because the surrounding face gets distorted when the nose is altered.
