It is acceptable to have both eyelid and nasal surgery done at the same time, and there should be no complications between the two. It is probably best to have them done simultaneously because the anesthesia cost and the recuperation phase will all be at one setting.

My recommendation would be to do the rhinoplasty first and the the epicanthal folds. The bridge augmentation will likely change the shape at the medial canthus a slight amount. Do the two seperately, or stage it as we say in plastic surgery. The rhinoplasty will improve some of the flattening of the nasal bridge and this may impact the epicanthal region a bit. Let it settle and then re-evaluate for the epicanthal treatment.
