I have no recommendation for you, specifically. You should look for someone who is a plastic surgeon or otolarygologist, and that they are board certified. You want to make sure the surgery is done in a liscenced facility. You should get a few opinions if you are concerned, and if you go for the cheapest surgeon, you will get the cheapest result.
