So I have been sleeping on my recliner for the past five nights since my surgery and I'm usually someone who sleeps on their stomach. How soon can I sleep on my stomach again? Also does laughing and smiling move your nasal bones too much to cause a change? I have tried to not have any facial expression so far and it's been a struggle!

Sleeping on Stomach 5 Days after Rhinoplasty

I suggest not sleeping on your stomach for two weeks after rhinoplasty. I recommend you sleep on your sides or back using 2 soft pillows, slightly elevating your head. Having said that, follow your surgeon's instructions.

Post surgical instructions after rhinoplasty.

This question could easily be answered with a two minute telephone call to your surgeon's office.  Your surgeon knows what was done during your procedure and whether positioning will adversely affect your outcome.
