Rhinoplasty. Clicking Inside of the Nose Tip..

3 month ago I had an open reduction rhinoplasty of tip and bridge. Now, the tip of nose is still big and looks high, and I notice that when I push slightly on the tip, it's make clicking sound and going a bit down... Is there anything wrong? I'm very far from my surgeon now and not able to visit him immediately.

Rhinoplasty and clicking

Clicking can be caused by scar tissue or cartilage grafts that rub against th ebone or other cartilage. Pushing slightly down can be normal.
