Significant difference after cleft and lip palate Rhinoplasty?

I'm concerned that once the swelling goes down, I still wont be happy with my face. Would you say after a cleft lip and palate Rhinoplasty, the patient may still look like they were born with one? Or can the patient expect any changes?

Cleft lip and palate rhinoplasty is a very challenging operation. This work should be done only by  a surgeon  with extensive training and experience in this operation. Depending on the severity of the deformity, the result will probably not be perfect. even in the best of hands.

It can give you great improvement in the appearance overall. However, the upper lip scar will still be there. To make that scar better you can get filler injections. Regards.
