I've Had 3 Rhinoplasties and a Septoplasty. How Many is too Many?

I was unhappy with the results, mainly because my nose has been made smaller than it originally was.The original procedure was only supposed to fix a (broken) crooked nose.I have been getting perlane every 12 months or so and the results from that are quite good, but would really like to get it fixed permanently. Is it too risky given how much trauma the nose has already had?Is there a chance of collapse?Apparently there is no tissue left in the nose so would have to use ear cartilage or rib.

Revision rhinoplasty can be done to fix your nose permanently.

Using ear cartilage you can permanently achieve the results you are getting with fillers. Make sure you see a very experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon to prevent further complications.

Revision Rhinoplasty with Cartilage Grafts

Cartilage grafts can permanently correct the problem and avoid the need for repeated Perlane injections.  Cartilage grafts taken from the ear will actually increase strength and structure, decreasing the risk of future collapse..

Revision rhinoplasty

Every surgery on your nose creates additional trauma and scarring, so make sure you fully understand your options before undergoing yet another surgery on your nose.
