I'm pretty much convinced by now that I've gotten a quickie revision (very skilled though but a quickie nevertheless) since I was out of the OR in about an hour. the reason I figure is that at least 2 other and possibly more people were getting the surgeries at the same facility around the same time. I was first to go in, hence the time constrains to get it over with safely at the expense of the best possible outcome, which might have taken one more hour.

There's no set time for a Rhinoplasty or Revision Rhinoplasty to take. If you choose a well trained, experienced Rhinoplasty Surgeon, it takes as short as long as it takes to get the job done right. You didn't mention what you were having done to your nose. I've performed retrograde tip-plasties in 15 minutes, so it is possible.

Rhinoplasty time
As stated by others it depends on the complexity of what is being done - a minor revision can take 20-30 minutes and a major revision has taken me as long at 5 hours - most are in the middle ~ 2.5 hours

Number of Rhinoplasties in One Day
There is no answer to your question. It does depend on what needs to be done with each patient, which will vary tremendously. In 35 years of doing rhinoplasty surgery, it is unlikely I've done two noses exactly the same way. What's important is the result, not how long the procedure lasted.

Duration of Revision Rhinoplasty

Revision rhinoplasty procedures can occur at any time from the original procedure. Most plastic surgeons will wait at least 6 months, but more commonly 1 year. Revision surgery can be minor and be performed in less than 30 minutes, or major and be performed in several hours. There is no set time for rhinoplasty or revision rhinoplasty. You cosmetic surgeon will help determine an approximate duration for your surgery. Best of luck.

How long will a revision rhinoplasty take
There is no set amount of time that a revision rhinoplasty will take. It all depends on what needs to be done.
A skilled, experienced rhinoplasty surgeon should take however long is needed to get the best result possible.
I wouldn't worry so much about how long your surgery took, but rather focus on the results.

There is no specific time required to perform an adequate rhinoplasty. Small adjustments can take a 1/2 hour to an hour. More involved work can take 2 or more hours. Hard to say.

There is no specific number, as each surgery is unique and each may take more or less time. Also each surgeon will use different techniques. Rhinoplasty is a difficult and detailed oriented surgery. You cannot gauge a result just by the time spend in the OR.
With that in mind, In my experience most surgeons specializing in rhinoplasty will do about two on the same day.
