Revitalash - Discoloration Under Lower Lid

I have been using Revitalash for one month now and have dark discolouration under my lower lid. Is this permanent? If not, how long does it take before it disappears - one month has passed up till now and no change. Please give me a rough indication on how long this will take. It is really depressing me.
