I don't think its impossible to achieve the nose I'd like but my last 2 surgeries have not improved it's appearance. All I want is less cartilidge in my nasal tip! After the 1st time I loved it 'til 5yrs later & my tip became even more bulbous. The 2nd surgery was open instead of closed & I guess my right nostril was almost completely blocked by a majorly deviated septum. That was corrected (now I have outdoor allergies that I never had before). Its more narrow but still not happy w/the tip.

3rd Revision Rhinoplasty

In general, a 3rd revision is usually possible. As others have said, with each revision the surgery is more difficult and the risk of complications increases. The most important variable will be your selection of an experienced surgeon who specializes in revision surgery.

3rd revision rhinoplasty

I think that after a while you get diminishing returns from revisions. Also, the tissues are more difficult to deal with as the vascularity changes and the tissues become less malleable.
