Surgimend is a soft tissue graft from pericardium - it is not commonly used in rhinoplasty - I prefer using the patient's own fascia

Surgimend, a product used to treat soft tissue defects, is not commonly used in revision rhinoplasty where most problems are secondary the underlying bone and cartilage. Depending on your particular needs, Surgimend may have been very beneficial.
