Tip and bridge revision

It is extremely difficult to answer your questions without seeing your photos or examining you – try posting some images

Revision of Nasal Tip and Profile

After listening to your description of your tip and profile, I think this will be a significant revision. When the revision involves the tip I recommend waiting 9-12 months. I'm sorry , but  without a picture I cannot make any suggestions regarding tip modifications.

Complex revision rhinoplasty

It sounds as if you may need some major revision surgery to your nose to accomplish what you would like to have done. It is hard to say without actual photographs. Certainly, what you are asking seems reasonable. I would recommend an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon like a facial plastic surgeon and there are many good ones in the San Francisco area. I hope this information helps.

Revision rhinoplasty

Without pictures it is difficult to tell what can be done to help you achieve your nasal cosmetic goals.  I would suggest a frank discussion with your original surgeon first.  If this is not helpful, then begin by consulting with rhionplasty surgeons in your area.   For more detail on your candidacy for revision rhinoplasty, please post pictures.
