Revision Rhinoplasty - Which Procedure? (photo)

Dear experts, I had a failed nose surgery in 2008. Consequently, I am looking into secondary rhinoplasty to correct my nose. Enclosed you will find pictures of my situation. Is it possible to improve my nose? If so, which procedures do you think are necessary/suitable? What expectations are realistic? A doctor in Germany assessed an open roof. Other than that, he stated that my nose is "feasible" and the surgery would not be overly complicated. Do you agree?
