I just wanted to add to my previous question that I may have inadvertently bumped my nose a little with my hand. I'm wondering if that would cause the grafts to come undone like that? Is it possible he didn't secure them enough or use enough grafts? I saw another doctor and agrees that I have internal valve collpase now. Is this hard to fix and without my nose getting any wider? The doctor that performed my revision made it much wider. I want it to be more narrow like it was previously.

Mobile Graft after Revision Rhinoplasty

In the first part of this question (posted elsewhere) I recommended that you consult with your surgeon or get  a second opinion from another  revision rhinoplasty surgeon to discuss repositioning of the grafts which were previously placed and possibly narrowing your nose. The spreader grafts which were used during the revision surgery may increase the width of the nose, but an experienced surgeon will describe what can be done to improve nasal appearance.
