Revision Rhino: 3 1/2weeks Very Uneven Nostrils? (photo)

24days ago I had revision. Open procedure, stitches between nostrils, no bone breaking, rasped bridge, grafted left side to repair detached cartilge, and refined tip. (see before and after pics) I know it's early, but I am really concerned about my tip/nostrils. They are very uneven and I'm wondering if it's all swelling. I know I have a LONG way to go to judge results, but is this something that will settle? Looks pretty extreme. Also concerned about where the stitches were between nostrils.
At three and half weeks, your nose is way too swollen to properly evaluate you. Give it time to settle down( at least 4-6 months).
