Three days ago, I had Liposuction done on my hips and back area. Then, at the same time, I had a fat transfer (graft) into my cheeks and folds of my nose area (which I really didn't have).
After three days, I still look like miss piggy. I look distorted, and I don't even look like myself. I had full natural lips which now look thinner, and the corners now go downward. I have a tiny nose which now goes up in the air, and fullness in the middle of my face. I'm very disturbed by the results. I was told I would look normal in 4-5 days, but I don't see how in two days i'll look like myself.
Is it possible to have the fat transfer removed or reversed? Is there a procedure that can melt or dissolve the fat in my face? The plastic surgeon also said he added more because a lot of it will dissolve. Will it really dissolve, and how long will it take? I'm desperate to have my pretty little features back. Help!

I had scar revision performed along with pearl fat grafting. The pearl fat graft was becuase i have a specific area underneath the scar that was raised above the rest of my skin. So my doctor was supose to excise the fat from the puffy area and put under the scar where it was slightly indented. I do think that the scar will come out much better but my cheek is still puffy where the fat was supose to be excised. Im afraid that he did not remove enough to make a differance because while the rest of my scar is healing nicely the puffiness is still prominent in that small area. Is there a way to remove the fat in that part of my cheek without causing more scaring and how long will it take to know if the fat was successfully removed from my previous surgery.Thank you

Fat taken from my inner knee at age 22 has lasted on my face well over 10 years. I was overfilled and have had numerous attempts at removing it.It can be very difficult to remove if it is deep in the muscle and not easy to localize.

yes, get thermage it, or many lasers melt the fat under the face. want to mention there should not be much swelling after fat injection wasn't for me.
