I absolutely hate everything about my breast. I am a 34 C and they're extremely saggy. They have been my entire life. The sad part is that I'm only 24. I'm looking to get a lift and breast implant. I want a lift, nipples fixed and implants. For the breast augmentation, I want silicone, under the muscle, high profile and 350cc-375cc. My question is..because I already have 36 C will this make me bigger than a D/DD. I want nice shaped breast and very perky. I hope this makes sense.

Thanks for your question. I am so sorry you feel this way. The final result of a breast augmentation is normally apparent about 3 months post-op. Give your breasts some more time to heal. If over time you are still unhappy, speak to your PS about your concerns. All the best,Dr. JSB
