Is Retino AC Healthy for Skin?

I realized this product is alcohol based and my skin is left feeling dry, so will this result in aging/damaging my skin in the long run? Should I keep using the product anyway or dilute it with moisturizer?

well read the instruction paper given along with it..im not sure abt the long run effects but it says tat the skin will dry cuz the new skin will come in place of it and yeah dnt mix it with moisturizer cuz ur not supposed to use anythin but sunscreen in the morning. p.s im not a doc i use it myself so...
