Yes, you should wash your face with cleanser twice a day. Apply Retin-A at night, and Vitamin-C serum, glycolic acid lotion, and sunscreen each morning.

In general the use of facial cleanser is preffered to regular soap.
Any type of cleanser is good to use routinely
