Use of tretinoin (Retin-A) along under eyes should be done under supervision of dermatologist
Any use of tretinoin (generic for Retin-A), particularly along the lower eyelids, with or without home aesthetic device, should always be done under supervision of a board-certified dermatologist as there is an intrinsic risk of excessive irritation.
