Retin-a and Rose Hip Seed Oil?

is it ok to use retin-a at night followed by a home-made moisturized of rose-water, aloe vera, glycerin and rose hip seed oil? should the oil mixture be used in the morning instead since i know rosehip seed oil also contains come amount of vitamin a?
