Augmenting the buttocks by exercise will give limited results

Exercise can only increase the size of the gluteal muscles by about 10-15% at most, through weight training and aerobic exercise. This will not give the size or the shape that a fat transfer (Brazilian buttock lift) can achieve. I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine if you are a good candidate for this type of surgery. Best wishes, Dr.Bruno
