Is there a way to remove lumps that have persisted for two years caused by Restylane?

I've already had hyaluronidase injected but it did nothing. Having them extruded with a blade sounds aggressive, but it might be my only choice. Since you're in Virginia, I assume you don't consult in the LA area. Thanks for your response.
