Surgery is required to reduce nipples after steroids

In men, anabolic steroid use can cause enlargement of the breasts. Some of the testosterone gets converted to estroge, which causes breast growth. Men undergoing hormone replacement therapy with a doctor will often be given an estrogen blocker to prevent this.
