will replacing a newly placed bridge with dental implant can also save the abutment teeth? I am regretting my decision of bridge and afraid that i might loose the abutment teeth, please tell me if sectioning out the pontic can save the abutment teeth from getting infected?

Answer: Sectioning out your pontic teeth and placing an implant is your best bet
Although it isn’t as
common, it is quite possible to need to re-treat a root canal. Because you are
already seeing an endodontic specialist, you’re most likely getting the best
care possible for this type of condition. It may be that the tooth has a crack
somewhere, allowing bacteria to seep in....
The amount of
swelling at an injection site is very minimal, and should not affect the
appearance of your implant supported denture. However, if you feel like there
is some open area in this location, your dentist can add material in the
denture to help re-line it and close up the open space...
Your healing site
looks very normal. As with any surgical or injury location, blood clot
formation or bruising can cause the tissues to appear different until full
healing has taken place. Within about 2 weeks your gum tissue should return to
a healthy pink color.
