I am an African American female in her early 20's. A year ago, I had a raised scar shaved off my leg. It left a white scar . Is there is anything I can do to reduce the appearance or darken the spot?

Repigmentation of white scar
There is a chance that the excimer laser or narrow-band uvb treatments could help re-pigment your white scar. These treatments are not standard for your condition, but there are some reports to suggest that they are effective.
