Repair Vs. Restore (Co2)

What is the differents between these two methods of fract. Co2 treatments? When U should choose for repair and when for restore? When is something a repair treatment & when a restore? Are there much differents on final end results? Like to know since many of us will get both terms messed up a bit. This all for general C02 (fractional) laser facial treatments in normal condition (not extreem situations or so).
