How Can I Repair Hypopigmentation from an Old Obagi Blue Peel?

Debating Fraxel repair? A 2003 Obagi Blue left hypo on cheeks, jaw and forehead. Have had microderm, laser, and more chemical to repair with limited success. Best so far is just sunscreen and hydroquinone (4%). Am 41, want to fix hypo, fine lines, and some milia. What are best options?

Hypopigmentation from an Obagi Blue Peel

You may need to be very careful if you have the type of skin that hypopigments/scars easily. Fine lines can usually be treated safely with fillers. Milia can be treated with extraction or electrocautery. Unfortunately, it will be very difficult to stimulate repigmentation in an area that has been hypopigmented for so long.
