Can I Use Renova in Conjunction with a Skin Lightener Such As Meladerm?

Just started Renova 2 nights ago (I apply it at night followed with a moisturizer SPF 15), no adverse reactions. Want to start using Meladerm in the morning followed by a non-comedogenic SPF 55 to achieve maximum results.

Probably, but check with your dermatologist
I usually combine products to achieve maximum results when I am treating blotchy, sun-damaged skin. Renova is pretty mild and usually works well with bleaching programs, but this type of recommendation should ALWAYS be made by your treating dermatologist who knows your skin and its needs best.
