My original thread is here - Some doctors have hinted at direct excision, can it be done with laproscopy ex. da vinci tool. Seems like removal using this tool will cause the least scar tissue. Do any ps doctors have this in their office? Do ps recommend to go to a laproscopic surgeon?

Scar tissue after liposuction
Based on your comments, it sounds like your scar tissue is in the fat under your skin. Laparoscopy and the Da Vinci tool will not help. Without a physical exam, it is hard to give more specific recommendations.
