I had a car accident a long time ago. I was cut on the eyebrow; the scar tissue under the skin raises my eyelid out of symmetry. Is there cosmetic surgery to remove the scar tissue so the skin will lay right?

Scar revision for eyebrow scars
Correction of a traumatic scar underneath the eyebrow or near the margin requires a reconstructive procedure to bring the scar closer to the eyebrow margin or to better hide the scar in the brow hairs. This is typically a procedure that can be done under local anesthesia with minimum downtime. Of course, this is without actually seeing the scar itself. I hope this information helps.

Upper Lid Scar Revision
This is RECONSTRUCTIVE Surgery (bringing you as close to normal appearance as possible) NOT COSMETIC surgery (in which we try to improve on normal appearance).
The orientation of the scar, its relation to the underlying lid, the relative degree of skin looseness and availability would largely determine what needs to be done.
From your description, it sounds like the old scar needs to be removed and the tissues re-arranged (? Z PLASTY) to allow for a lowering of the pulled up lid.
