I have a lot of excess fat on my inner thighs. I used to exercise and diet fanatically, and I lost a lot of weight, so much that you could see my ribs, but the fat did not budge on my thighs. Will I ever be able to lose this stubborn fat through diet and exercise or is a cosmetic procedure my only option?
