How Can I Remove Silskin Injection From Buttocks?

I had Silskin injection 8th months ago and did another one 3 month ago. I wasn't aware of it but I did it after I lost weight. Now my body came back to normal and my butt looks too big (I am a skinny person). Is there any way to remove it... Liposuction? Any surgery? Thank you
