The best method to remove a chin mole is by cutting it out or elliptical excision. I would seek evaluation by a dermatologist. You may want to call ahead for prices. If your mole is suspicious for a malignancy such as a melanoma it will need to be submitted for histologic evaluation. Be prepared to spend more than $200 and it is well worth it. Liquid nitrogen may be effective for superfical lesions and is inexpensive but it is not a good option for deep or suspicious lesions.
