How to Remove Milia on the Inner Corner of my Upper Right Eyelid?

I've had it for a few years now. when I went to india two years ago, my eye started itching so I rubbed it and the Milia became swollen and grew to about 2-3mm in diameter and with a hot compress it popped and I was able to extract it or so I thought. a few months later it came back and is a tiny bump now but still noticible. It doesnt bother me except for the fact that you can see it on my eye but it is irritating when my eye gets itchy, what should I do?
