How to Remove an Iron Burn on my Back? (photo)

I had a hot iron fall on my back when i was little and it left an ugly mark. I've had it for 19 years and want to remove it. Is there any way to reduce its size or remove it completely?

Improving a large back scar from a burn

I would use Melaquin PM for the dark discoloration followed by laser skin resurfacing using the selective fractional laser to improve texture.

It depends upon the size.
