I have a freckle on the lower eyelid, where the eye lashes are. Right in the middle. What is the best way to get rid of this? Will Laser still work?

Laser treatment of freckles
Laser is the best way to remove it with little or no scarring provided the right laser wavelength with proper settings is use.
The 532nm or 1064nm laser would be best, but you may need more than one treatment.
