How Do I Remove These Deep Leg Scars That Have Been Around for 5 Years Now? (photo)

I have scars on both my legs. The scars were caused by scratching mosquito bites when I was young, and now they have become so bad and dark. The scars are cratered but are soft to touch.

Scars on the legs

These scars are hyperpigmented. I dont see any way of improving them significantly with surgery. Laser treatments may be able to reduce the pigmentation.

Treatment of dark scars on the legs and thighs

I treat these dark scars with Melaquin AM and Melaquin PM creams, followed by chemical peels known as MelaPeel.
