How to Remove Collagen on my Butt?

I've done a collagen injection 2 years back on my buttock,Since than i realize my body shape has totally out of shape.My butt look wider and high.The collagen even spread to my tummy area.I really look ugly in jeans or pants. Feel so embarrassing among my girl friends,I did the collagen so that i will look pretty not ugly like this. please help me,how to remove the collagen on my tummy and around my hip.
