Remedies for a Failed Double Eyelid Surgery

A few years ago, a friend of mine had a double eyelid surgery. The results were unattractive. There are two main problems with it. First, the double eyelid, instead of being a smooth arch tracing the curve of the eye, looks more like three straight lines in the shape of the top of a trapezoid. Second, after the surgery, at the skin around the inner corner of her eyes, a few depressions and protrusions of a few millimeters appeared. What remedies might there be? Thank you very much.

Asian Blepharoplasty

This is unfortunate. The first surgery is the easiest to do, so choosing a surgeon wisely the first time is important; unfortunately, I have seen patients who have required multiple revisions following an unsuccessful initial surgery elsewhere. Your friend needs to find a board certified specialist in the face, particularly Asian blephs.
