I got 4 premolars extracted 6 years ago when I was 15 due to crowding. Then I started to notice that when I smile, barely 6 teeth showed and that my nasolabial lines got a lot more prominent and I suspected it is due to the extractions. I am in my 5th month of treatment with Damon braces, trying to reverse the damage. Was hoping the ortho would use expander to broaden my smile and reopen the extractions space with implants later. But he seems reluctant. Not sure what to do, please help! Thanks!
