Regranex and TT Scar
As you know I had a TT. I am little bet concerned about the permanent scar. what I am using now is Vit E oil and silicone gel and awaiting for silicone TT adhesive sheet from Rejunenee. The way I apply it , i start with the oil and the silicone gel on top. Now I am aware about Regranex FDA black box warning, but any of you prescribed it to his patients? does it take all the scar away like you never had surgery before? I really appreciate your advice

It is clear that you are very concerned about the appearance of the scar after tummy tuck surgery. You should be aware, that despite claims of miracle creams, medications, and/or technology, that there is no way to “take all the scar away like you never had surgery before”.
I think, based on your description that you are doing all that can be done to improve the appearance of the scar. Time, of course, will...

Abdominal scars
The final scar takes about a year or so to mature. The color usually fades and the firmness usually softens. All the things you are trying may or may not help. Good luck.

Scar
There are no products to eliminate a scar. Regranex is used to help tissue heal in cases of chronic or stubborn open wounds. There is no indication i am aware of for routine post-op healing.
