Cankles do good with the micro canulas under local anesthesia.
Be sure to go to a doc who does a lot of calves and ankles liposculpting and is best done under local tumescent anesthesia with the tiny micro canulas which give the best results. It is worth traveling to a specialist for this procedure since most docs who just do liposuction as a side procedure don't have the expertise to finesse these areas and laser lipo can be disasterous in these areas.
