I have very prominent zygomatic bones. Is there a surgery that would reduce my Native American look? If so, what is the procedure? Thank you for your time!

Reducing Prominent Cheek Bones
The surgery you are inquiring about along with reduction of side flaring of the jaw is commonly done in South Korea. I am not aware of many surgeons who commonly do it in the US. If you want to have it in the US you should seek out a craniofacial Plastic surgeon - in Raleigh NC you may want to look up Dr. Greg Ruff in chapel Hill, formerly Professor of Plastic Surgery, Craniofacial Surgery at Duke.

Prominent cheek (zygomatic) bones
This is possible and has been described but is not commonly performed in the USA. The surgery is made difficult by the location of the underlying nerves. Numerous techniques have been described and are generally performed by a plastic surgeon trained in craniofacial techniques.
